Meet Dr. Holly Dawson
Dr. Holly Dawson is a board-certified pediatrician with over 10 years of experience in hospital medicine before transitioning into aesthetic medicine. She has been extensively re-trained in aesthetics to pursue greater career satisfaction and to build stronger, more meaningful relationships with her patients than hospital medicine allowed.
Dr. Dawson co-founded Willow Medical Aesthetics in LaGrange, GA with her husband, Brandon, with the goal of helping patients age gracefully and feel confident in their own skin — without needing to travel outside their hometown. As an experienced physician, she prioritizes safety above all and builds a personalized treatment plan around each patient’s specific goals.
Holly has traveled across the US for aesthetic education and training, bringing the best techniques, technology, and products home to LaGrange.
Outside of work, she’s busy keeping up with her two kids, Lillian and Rhett. On warm days, you’ll likely find the family out on the lake boating or swimming, or cruising around town in their 1968 Ford Bronco with rear car seats!
Ashley Mitchell, RN
Ashley has 20 years of nursing experience. She attended Auburn University, where she graduated with two degrees- a BA in Psychology and BSN in nursing. She has been with Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center for 16 years with the majority of her time spent with new moms and new babies.
She has been married for 17 years and they have three very active children. She spends her free time ushering around her kids to their various sporting and social events! She became interested in aesthetics to better connect with patients while focusing on revitalizing their skin and thereby boosting their confidence!
Kala Nevil
Aesthetician
Kala comes to us from Kentucky where she has spent the last 7 years practicing aesthetics at a local med spa. Her love affair with all things “skin” began at the early age of 14 when her mom started her on her first skin care regimen! That quickly developed into a passion for cosmetics and makeup, followed by the ultimate decision to get her esthetics license in 2016.
She specializes in laser hair removal, microneedling, facials, and dermaplaning.
She enjoys the long lasting relationships that are built with her clients and helping them to look and feel their best when they step out of her treatments.
Rachel Patton, RN
Rachel is a registered nurse of four years who graduated from Piedmont University in North Georgia. She started her nursing career on a Stroke Unit, but has been in the Emergency Department for the past three years. She first gained interest in the art of aesthetics as a young girl, experimenting with hair and makeup. Once she became a nurse, she realized she could have a passion and a calling all in one aesthetic career. She wants her clients to feel their most confident, beautiful selves, and she believes proper aesthetic care provides just that.
In her spare time you’ll find her in a Spin or Barre class, DIY-ing her 100 yr old craftsman home, or spending time with her husband and fur babies.
Lydia Scheffey
Aesthetician
Lydia has been a licensed aesthetician since 2016, with 7 years of experience in Atlanta before recently moving to LaGrange. She’s passionate about skincare and specializes in facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and dermaplaning, always offering personalized care to each client.
When not at Willow, Lydia loves being outside with her husband and their two daughters, Evelyn and Lucy.
Sydney Lockerbie, RN
Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LaGrange College. She is currently pursuing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Auburn University, continuing to expand her knowledge and expertise in patient care.
As an aesthetic nurse at Willow Medical Aesthetics, Sydney is passionate about creating refined, natural-looking results through personalized skincare, injectable treatments, and advanced laser procedures. Her approach is centered on enhancing each client’s unique features while supporting confidence, skin health, and graceful aging.
Outside of Willow, Sydney enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and fur baby, as well as traveling and exploring the outdoors.
Siena Headrick
Siena is a 22-year-old graduate of Southern Crescent Technical College with a passion for helping others look and feel their best. She loves meeting new people and strives to create a relaxing, welcoming experience where every client feels comfortable, confident, and cared for.
She specializes in facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and microneedling, customizing each treatment to help clients achieve healthy, glowing skin and their individual skincare goals.
When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find Siena spending time with her husband, River, and their son, Waylon. Whether they’re exploring somewhere new or enjoying simple moments together, she loves making memories with her family.
Christian Starling
Front Desk
Christian is often one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you walk into Willow, as she serves on our front desk team. She loves welcoming clients and helping create a warm, inviting experience from the moment they arrive.
One of Christian’s favorite things about Willow is being part of such an amazing group of women. She also enjoys building relationships with clients and watching the business continue to grow.
Outside of work, Christian enjoys spending time with her dog, Bailey, traveling, working out at the gym, and playing pickleball.
